Axxess data ammount on uncapped

Can anyone tell me how did the top users get 150gig+ on the axxess uncapped 384 acc's without getting throttled??? A agent at axxess told me , some people do a trick on the SSL something bla bla bla...

I want to get it also, but the normal usage is 12 gig he said...

I rate 80% of the accounts are dummy accounts, made by IS which never use any b/w. Every "real" account is then automatically in the top 20% XD

I also don't believe it is working off a percent. They cap all the accounts at the same level.
