My axxess contract automatically changed from 25gb plus 25gb to 25gb plus 25gb off peak data.

Does anyone know what is Axxess's off peak times, and how it will work, i can't seem to access the off peak data usage on their website, so how can one be able to track it ?

The off peak times are the same times that all other ISPs reselling rain products are. So off peak is 11pm till next day 6pm. So 19 hours a day. That’s the off peak window.

Also cannot see what the various usages are between off peak and peak. Shows 90GB's Available 0_o

Available now shows as 25GB's, I have used quite a bit of data but Used Data still shows as = 0.

Messaged Axxess and this was the response:
Please be advised that RAIN are experiencing internal issues which has resulted in us not being able to access their systems to update usage, package changes and action topups. Clients are still able to use their service we are just not able to provide usage reports or action topups at this time. There is no ETR at this time, we will provide updates as they become available. We apologise for the inconvenience caused during this time.

Now the confusing part how can one distinguish between daytime data and nighttime data, why don't they just give us back the normal 25 plus 25 gb package !
