Axxess - do they do their own authentication?

Does anybody know if Axxess is reselling fixed Telkom accounts or do they do their own authentication of the SAIX connection?

We do our own authentication via our radius servers.
 
Yes. But sometime there is a hour or 2 delay between the 2 systems.
