Axxess down?

I have some clients complaining that internet is down. They are on Axxess, but when you call the call centre you can't get through?

Also, if I log onto their profiles on users.isdsl.net I can see they are logged on but no data is moving for the last hour since they restarted their router.

Any one from Axxess on here?

I have a few clients running on Axxess, didn't hear any complaints from them. And believe me, if they were off, my ears would already be bleeding.
