Axxess dropped the ball

So I've been a client of axxess for few years now.

Bit over two weeks ago I ordered their LTE-A combo, just to receive an email that they ran out of stock with a week or two delay.

Emailed between yesterday and today to find out, since two weeks has passed, about progress .... not a word.

Tried all their emails on their site from different mails .... not a word ... nice to be completely ignored as a paying client.

Guess I'm back in the market for a more competent ISP ...

So sorry to be pestering you, but what is the situation like with the current crop of RAIN orders you've got at the moment?

When should you receive stock? It is almost a month since I've placed my order... (it was placed on October the 15th)... :eek:

Axxess is pathetic. They don't answer emails and when they do it seems like it standard Copy/Paste as mentioned before.

The reply I've got from Axxess is that it is a service provider issue, and that they can do nothing about it.

Woo-hoo. Dodged a bullet there I think. If WBS got issues (premature capping, incorrect billing etc), and take their sweet time to fix it, what can you do?

Well that's stupid. How can't axxess do anything they need to escalate and follow up regularly. Even the thread I made is not getting any response for axxess. Tonight I'm having lag again to international game servers and no there's no issue according to them and lies with the upstream provider. So this so bad. man how can axxess be this bad. I will never recommend axxess, Afrihost or Mweb to anyone anymore. I'm sad bud I don't even know what isp you can trust anymore cause most of them will just tell you how good they are and you might think they good for the first few months but no they not.

Can't say I've had bad experiences with Axxess. However can quote on the international lag on game servers. Got a backup 100gig fatpipe at Vox. If any problems occur on the Axxess side I switch over to my VOX acc wich 99% of the time solves my international issues.
Biggest up side is that the VOX exchange is about 5km away from my home, which I suspect could help with stability. No idea where Axxess exchange is located though.
