So I've been a client of axxess for few years now.
Bit over two weeks ago I ordered their LTE-A combo, just to receive an email that they ran out of stock with a week or two delay.
Emailed between yesterday and today to find out, since two weeks has passed, about progress .... not a word.
Tried all their emails on their site from different mails .... not a word ... nice to be completely ignored as a paying client.
Guess I'm back in the market for a more competent ISP ...
