Hi All,

I am super frustrated with axxess today. I connect to axxess email address via pop it worked great for years. Recently I've been having issue if I send an email through outlook connected via pop and smtp to any gmail account the email never gets delivered. If I use webmail platform axxess provides the email to gmail account are delivered.

I suspect the webmail platform uses a different smtp server. The smtp server axxess provides for people like me using outlook is an open smtp server with zero auth. Could this be the reason, is google ignoring emails from open relays ?

Finally the smtp server axxess provides (smtp.axxess.co.za or smtp.internet.co.za) are only available if I connect from home via axxess fibre. So using outlook on my laptop from any other network is impossible.

Yes I know just move to gmail or protonmail but surely these things should work ....

Try using mail.axxess.co.za

Both outgoing and incoming mail server

I had the same problem the last couple of days on my domain. They changed the fscking servers now I have to change it on all my machines that are using a mail account from my domain.

Try logging in on your domain dashboard and check if the server is listed there.
