Axxess Express + Fibre

Morning guys,

There has been some issues with speed this last week. I have seen and read a lot on the forum about this. Not too sure if this has been sorted out now - but this is what I woke up to this morning. I hope and pray it stays this way!!!

im on axxess express fibre and nothing has improved on these accounts for over two years, same speeds, same overpricing, you have the standard 4mb/s speed, thats after hours only if you pay them a grand a month and enjoy heavy throttling during the day all week :), nothing has changed

I agree with you on that - I just posted this because I have been having some issues this last month with regard to speed. Normally the Express package was doing fine till we lost Seacom. Since then my speed has been up and down and not what I was used to. I also lost my ADSl line for a week - so all in all this was not a good month for me :cry: I know IS is in the process of bandwidth upgrades so I am hoping that this will sort things out from here on in. :)
 
I just want to know if any 1 here are getting max speed now? Cause like the rate limit was removed before 19:00. When I log in to http://users.isdsl.net/index.php Its says full access in green. it usually says Rate Limit in yellow when the rate limit is active. So did they move it to 19:00?
 
Yes, I am maxing out my line tonight as well as last night. Things seem to be getting back to normal now (Should I say that out loud?? ;) )

My speed kicked in at exactly 18:45 tonight - I actually started my downloads early and saw it pick up. I don't think they have changed the time.
