First guess, the upload traffic isn't as contested? It would be nice to know what speed you were expecting? Are you running a 4 or 10mbps line?

As mentioned by Sharkbait, you're testing over wireless, so that could affect it as well.

Unfortunately it's over wifi and openserve does fiber in East London
