So after my terrible experience with trying to get Telkom Fibre through Webafrica, I decided to give Axxess a go.
The timeline so far is basically this:
Took them one day to reply to my application and ask for a Google maps satellite image of my townhouse, seeing as I'm in a complex.
Then a day later they let me know an openserve technician would be in touch soon to check if my installation would be possible.
Technician called me less than week later and just found out where the fibre lines were running currenly, complex details etc.
Haven't heard anything from him since last week, but this morning leaving my complex I saw the guys from Huawei pulling fibre through my whole complex via the manholes throughout the complex.
So all seems very good so far.
