Hi @Captain Axxess

We had a fibre line installed and the techs accidentally damaged a power cable. The electrician came the next day to resolve the issue but he broke the brand new fibre. We logged a ticket on 2021-09-14 10:20:55 and up to today we are still waiting on feedback.

Can you please assist in getting this line restored ASAP as I am paying for a line that does not work
