We have two reseller accounts with Axxess. On Tuesday morning early we loaded money on the one account. By 10am it still wasn't reflecting. It took 6 phone calls from me and one where the person hung up on me, and 2 from my partner to get that resolved.

The only answer that accounts could give was that their email was down. I asked them if they can check their bank statements for the payment, they would say yes, they would confirm they could see my payment, but they just couldn't update my profile since their email was down.

The one person even had the brilliant idea that I log onto my profile to create a new ADSL account, even though my profile didn;t have sufficient balance. To this query, he responded by saying that their email was down. Talk about zombies!!!

After the issue was finally fixed, with many threats of violence involved, I created the new clients account and got the normal notification sms. But I got the SMS 48 times in 30 minutes, until I logged into the profile and turned SMSing off.

Then later that day, we loaded money into our other profile, and it is now Thursday and the money is not reflecting, which means that tomorrow morning all my clients using that account are going to be hunting me down because they paid, but their accounts are being suspended...

I wish to thank Axxess for my stressful week, I am meeting with my partners within the week to discuss finding a new provider.

I took a look at that product, and it did not look that bad.
The profit margins are excruciatingly tight though.

I also received 30 or so SMS' from AXXESS when my 1GB shaped account finished up yesterday afternoon, so the SMS problem is global to the AXXESS system, and not just the reseller program.

But, the response from the call centre support that you got is THE major reason for concern.

I've been using them now for about 9months, don't have lots of accounts with them, but then again, ADSL is not my primary business... I haven't really had to contact them before like this, but geez, if I am going to be turned blue in the face over 60 bucks, then I think I am dealing with the wrong people.

I love the product offering, and my customers only have +++ feedback on the quality of the products... profit margin is fine for me, as it's not my main business rather a value add...
