Axxess High latency!!!

Hi there

So since last night I've been having high latency. Sometimes over 200ms to local servers. I'm in PTA area using Axxess as my adsl. So I switched over to a Telkom account I got from someone and ping is low and consistent. Switched to Axxess and my ping is from 27-100+ very inconsistent. Switch back to Telkom everything is 100% fine with JHB servers giving me 27 or lower ping and CPT servers 45 or lower ping vs axxess anything from 27-100+.

I'm on Capped account right now and if this doesn't improve soon might just move to another ISP. I already logged a ticked and they told me to do a speedtest with guest account when I provided them with traceroutes I don't see the point testing Telkom guest account as you can clearly see something wrong with the axxess network.

Hope they can sort it out soon:mad::mad:

this is a server in CPT and confirmed with axxess that from their offices the server does respond just fine so it only affects people in the nothern areas or SA

so that rules out my line or exchange being the issue. With a Telkom account everything works just fine
