Im using a 1gb prepaid unshaped account from axxess to play world of warcraft online, On friday evening my latency was through the roof so i phoned in to find out what the problem was, the techie that helped me said it was the warcraft server's fault and the problem is not there's, immediately after i logged in with my 3gig shaped account with telkom and my latency was 3 times lower than axxess unshaped!
does anyone have an explanation for this?, IMO axxess technicians are clueless and make up stories so they dont look bad.
