Axxess is down. Call centre is engaged. WTF is going on? No network notification on website. Can't access Control Panel. This sucks big time. Its way to early in the morning for this crap. Idiots

Control panel logging won't work, also seems that their edge authentication servers are down.

Got a free trial account yesterday from them, guess I wont be joining them as ISP seeing I cannot use the trial :wtf:

I got an OpenWeb account also 2 months ago, as a back up and also to compare them to Axxess/Afrihost. It's paying off this morning.

I am so frustrated and irated with Axxess right now. We are signed up as an Reseller for Axxess and (so far) one client is experiencing authentication issues on their ADSL account (Yoursurf Uncapped DSL), and it is also my client's busiest time of the month.

Could someone from Axxess just comment on this forum, to give at least a ETA on when the problem would be resolved

Broken in Klerksdorp as well, cant get into panel as well, other clients in north west also down..

And we just cancelled afrihost to move to them now i cant log in to create a new account
