Ordered LTE on 21 Feb. No feedback. 23rd I asked them what the status was. No reply.
Mailed them again twice on 24th, then 25th and 26th. In desperation I tried Live chat and was told that they don't answer tickets unless they have some news to provide. So they just left me for days with no replies or information.
Then on 28th Feb I received a mail telling me the order had been cancelled because of failed RICA documentation. So I signed up with another ISP.
Then an invoice of R0, then another for R31. Then on 02 March I received an email telling me the SIM had been ordered. Then another invoice. It's impossible to know what's going on and they don't answer tickets. I'm sure they will try to bill me for a contract and SIM they themselves said was cancelled.
I have never dealt with such a chaotic and disorganised organisation.
