Axxess mobile 3G

I just want to know if any one may have the same problem as i. The thing is i got a 2gig mobile account with axxess. My sim card was delivered last week Friday. The problem i having is that the internet is slow, and then its fast again. But its normally slow. It takes a long time to open web pages and i cant even open 2 or 3 tabs, then some of the pages dont respond. I just want to know if i have to put in some DNS settings.
