Hi,
Can anyone provide some insight on how to configure my Windows Mobile device with my Axxess mobile 250MB APN?
What am I missing? My Google-Fu appears to be out of sync with the universe, and this information is not displayed anywhere on Axxess FAQs.
I have sent a ticket to Axxess support and all I was provided with was:
Username: Axxess
APN: axxess
I believe that I have completed these relevant fields correctly in the Mobile APN Config - I could of course be quite wrong.
My Axxess service dashboard shows that I am online, and when I remove these settings above it changes to Offline, so I am of the opinion that this is set up correctly...
However, my MTN itemised online statement shows that I am connected to mymtn, which has killed 500 minutes of my airtime...
I would be grateful for any feedback - is it something I have failed to configure, or is Axxess Mobile APN a complete sham?
