Two weeks ago i checked my Axxess mobile data and approx 1.7gig disappeared over a weekend. I use the sim card as a second card in my dual sim phone. When I am at home I connect to my WiFi network and do not use mobile data at all.

I phoned the help desk and was told it was impossible for it to happen. Basically insinuating i was lying to them. I was promised a manager would phone me back on Monday I am still waiting for that phone call.
I have voted with my wallet and cancelled my account and just want to warn other people in advance.
