Axxess Mobile Data Question

Hi Forumites,

I have the following question.

I signed up for Axxess Mobile Data Sim 3Gb on the 24 Sep 2015.

It asked me if I want pro rata billing(instant activation) or activation only from the 1st of Oct.
I opted immediate and received the sim on 2nd Oct with only 700mb on it (pro rata amount)

Now my question and logic. if I received it in Oct should it not have come with 3GB+700mb seeing its a new month(cos their data carries over)?

When I contacted them they said that all that will be allocated is 700mb??? (Spanning two months???)
So apparently this 3gb will only be given on 1 Nov? I'm kinda pissed as I've never heard pro rata spanning two months?

All I'm asking is take my money but give me the 3gb for Oct

You should have 3gb + 700mb. Sounds like a cockup?

You are 100% correct, they obviously activated it from the 1st Nov as you received it after the 1st Oct.

Call them and get them to correct it, they did with me
