Axxess new data account suspended

Yesterday, I bought data from Axxess with my credit card. I was charged for it, but the new data account is suspended. I have a free account and ended up using all of that data as I couldn't use the new data I bought.

Has anyone else had an issue like this with Axxess? For a new paying client, this is not a good start for me and I guess I'll have to look for a new ISP (just moved from Afrihost) again if this issue isn't resolved this morning.

Thank you Axxess Lady. Your accounts department has rectified the error a few minutes ago.

However, I have been charged an extra R10 (did not see this on the website) for the data package I selected making it more expensive that other ISPs. I guess I'll be looking at a new ISP for next month.
