Is 14 days notice considered sufficient for a Top ISP, wanting to increase pricing, who happens to be the current ISP of the Year, insisting that their Terms & Conditions states so. How does a reseller obtain their client's permission within 3-5 days, seeing that invoices are due in the next few days.

There is also debit order adjustments for which approvals need to be obtained, regardless of the amount, it is about the principle?

Would a 30 day notice period really hurt their bottom line? Not impressed at all, Axxess.

Just very k@k of them increasing their prices like this. I mean a R10 increase on a R199pm package is not as bad as increasing a R29pm package also by by R10!

It may not seem like a big deal in terms of cost to the customer, but the blanket price increase shows a complete lack of effort and thought.

I wonder who the smartass at AH was who said "Hey, I have an idea on how to increase earnings. Let's increase everything by at least 10 bucks, better still, let's make it 20 bucks for the more expensive stuff. Free money, zero effort."

Can't imagine there'd be any negative consequences to doing that. Everyone likes paying more money for the same service. :p

This is the same argument I have with Gridhost, how is this 1% increase and within inflation which is supposed to be 4.5%. We as the consumer are getting really screwed with all these so called VAt increases.
