Axxess on TF2 servers?

Can any one tell me what ping you get on axxess uncapped adsl, Unshaped/semi shaped, Express+, Express and the different line speeds? On TF2 SgS servers and IS. And if I change to Axxess, what should I go for?

all local servers are unshaped by default - so if ur playing on local only don't bother going for unshaped accounts
