Axxess on the blink?

Yea, PMB also and been battling poor speeds for weeks now! Each time I phone Axxess they say IS is busy with upgrades.....6 weeks and counting in my book!This is the best I had all day!
Is this in their uncapped accounts?
Yes on the uncapped accounts. Been getting worse and worse. Used to get 1-1.5Gb overnight, now battling to break 500Meg. First month I did 80Gb, second month 50Gb and currently on 8Gb...starting to look for alternatives. Last day or two has been especially poor. Also get the stock standard response about IS being the point of failure rather than Axxess. Strange thing though...when I switch to my other Axxess account (also IS) my downloads go from 10-15k to 350K+...not exactly sure what the IS upgrade has to do with that...
