End of June marks my second month of being on fibre and I thought I'd just post a little shout out to Axxess because so far so good.

The 200Gb package with free after hours data is working well for me at the moment and I've had nothing but speeds as advertised on 20/2. Keep it up, guys. :)

I know. I'm not usually loyal to ISPs but I had my adsl account with them and saw them rated highly here on MYBB's list so decided to stay on. I know cool ideas is good and will be my go-to should things change.
 
Fair enough. I guess I was "lucky" in the sense that at the time I switched to fiber AfriHost had a bad spell (plus I didn't like the fact that they seemed to treat FTTH identical to ADSL in their package structure). So moving over was a no brainer.

I know of at least one person who had a bad experience with Cool Ideas, but having had a similar issue shortly there after, I can only guess that he didn't divulge all info, or he just had really bad luck, because my issue was sorted within minutes.

Glad you're having a good experience though. Having fiber is great! ;-)
