Does anyone know whether there are backlogs at Openserve wrt attending to fibre issues? I've been having an LOS red light on my line since last week Thursday ,and in the past, Openserve used to be at my house within 2 days tops - even over weekends. Lately, I have not even seen an OpenServe vehicle driving around the streets ( Pretoria East )...
Phoning Axxess support - as usual - is like speaking to the wall - they are clueless beyond words. Was told yesterday, after having to phone them daily (and still waiting for anyone to call me back), that I should phone 10210 myself...
Am I the only twat who hasn't heard the secret yet?
