U undesign Executive Member Joined Feb 5, 2007 Messages 9,030 Reaction score 26 Location Cape Town Mar 20, 2009 #2 smtp.isdsl.net - no username and password (I suppose you could be smtp.saix.net, depends on what package you have with them) I use Thunderbird and had to disable AV scanning of outgoing mails for it to work. Hope it helps.

Switching off the AV for mail does work, but this is obviously not ideal. Any idea why Thunderbird is clashing with Axxess? I have used many other ISP's without this problem...
