Axxess premium uncapped killing torrent

I think premium uncapped is superior than 100gb capped. Thats why i took this

Didn't understand the meaning of uncapped if one throttled after 100gb either he is using 2 or 4 meg

All I'm saying is when it comes to torrents, a capped account + a high speed line is the best choice as it run 100% unshaped and you will never ever be throttled.

You are right but what i am trying to say here that why axxess throttling their uncapped accounts for torrents even after 2am at midnight? ??

1. What's your current monthly usage? (Usage as of 29/02)

2. What tests are you using to determine whether it's your ISP or your download client (or related services) crippling the transfer speed?

3. Axxess does not guarantee unshaped access at any time, do they? Why would you assume otherwise?

I am assuming this because mostly at midnight there is low or zero conjestion rate.... so the speeds should be normal... and i think thats the reason also for which axxess is giving unlimited data to their capped customers... isn't it? ??
