I pulled 89.69GB till now and i never downloaded any torrent yet on this account.
is there any unpublished FUP of axxess as well???

if you read my very first post. i already mentioned that i am getting this problem at even 3AM midnight. so your extracted AUP from Axxess website gets null void because it mentioned for only peak network times and 3AM is not peak network time.

AFAIK MWeb are the only ISP to state their FUP for the various uncapped accounts in GB's.

That's because they permanently apply "shaping", p2p is always throttled to smitherines no matter the network load, there is only one fixed time where they allow it (couple of hours at night).
The issue here is p2p, so saying he should go to Mweb is a very bad suggestion.

How do you interpret that as a MWeb recommendation? I was simply pointing out that, to the best of my knowledge, they're the only ISP that has a FUP based on GB's used (could be wrong).FWIW I've never been throttled on TI 10MB Uncapped in over 2 years but I doubt that's the recommendation the OP is looking for.

Downloading Ubuntu. I got Blade and Soul (a free online multiplayer game) like that yesterday because their launcher download is buggy (the launcher uses the exact same torrent to download). Blizzard uses p2p to update HotS. Smite can use p2p to help update, so does LoL.
Sending some files to my friend I used p2p because I can pause/resume seeding the next day.

Things off the top of my head right now, yes. I am sure there are more.
P2p is extremely useful for those having line problems as you can stop/resume/limit torrents easily, unlike HTTP downloads.

You stated you had used ~90GB and wanted to know if you were within the axxess uncapped FUP, only they know.
With their capped accounts you know exactly where you stand plus you get unlimited (well, a lot any way) MID-NITE Promo Data if you're not capped. I believe the MID-NITE Promo Data is now permanent - "The Mid-Nite Promo will run until further notice, and will apply to existing and new Axxess clients".

Have you ever wanted to download a real Linux distro (no i literally mean a linux distro) but then realised you want to play some online games.
You could download it with bittorrent and limit the down and up speed so it will have no impact on your playing experience.
Yes can get fancy file managers that can limit down speeds but ive found they still cause problems with games, bittorrent limiting is far more stable and consistent.
