Axxess Prepaid Working?

Bought an axxess prepaid voucher about a month ago, used half of it and then one day it just wouldn't connect. I'm on the DO3 package and that works fine. Im not sure if theres a problem with the settings or what but has any1 else found their voucher to just stop working?

Never had those problems with Axxess - give their support centre a call,maybe they need to reset your password.
