Axxess r morons

I just got an invoice from axxess from a 30GB ADSL account for April to the tune of R1899. I have cancelled my account with them a few months ago.
surely they cannot start billing me months after I have cancelled with them??
Anyone from axxess care to comment???
 
maybe try phoning them before doing it this way

LOL amazing how a company can go pearshaped in only a few months....
 
Billing errors

Apart from having good service from them in the past, I also had a few billing issues, and got bills a few months after I cancelled the service. I simply contacted them and they sorted it out without any problems.

You should give them the same chance.
 
Axxess have dissapeared off these forums once they couldn't supply cheap 30GB accounts anymore.

Killadoob: This is not a simple mistake, it's plain incompetence.
 
I have called and emailed them and I am waiting their response, but I am still pi$$ed off about this .....

Dont hold your breath. I cancelled my account today, i will NEVER do business with them again. They are USELESS!!
