Is there an Axxess rep lurking around here? Please PM me - I'm being ignored by your accoounts dept (2 weeks plus on a simple query), and whoever is behind [email protected]
 
And it continues...

The problem ? I WANT to give Axxess my business (tfr ADSL line from Telkom to them), but they don't seem to want it.

I'm about to write them off, simply because they refuse to keep me in the loop on this issue that's been dragging for 3 months. In case you clowns (the bunch at Axxess) haven't realised, communication is key to customer service!
 
Just bloody great! You send an email about them not responding to tickets to an address they list on their contact page, and guess what? They open a bloody ticket!

Please PM me if you require any information from Webafrica with regard to transferring a ADSL line, it usually takes 7 - 21 working days for the transfer and their is no downtime. We also keep you up to date via mail as to the progress of the transfer and only bill you for the line once it is active on our side.
