While I have also been happy with the support received from Axxess, it would seem that customer support levels are slipping. They fail to liaise with Openserve, thus giving wrong feedback, support tickets go unanswered and any request to escalate a support issue is simply brushed aside. Perhaps it is time to consider an alternative ISP?
