Axxess: Slow Response?

I wanted to change ISPs so I mailed axxess, a day later I get a response.. fill in a form, transfer the money, fax it back to them before lunch on friday..

their form says I should get a response within 30 mins, wonder if I'll get one before tommorow..

When ever I have a slow response with either WebAfrcia or Axxess(I have accounts with both) I give them a call and get attended to straight away, after all I would rather pay for a call than sit and get frusrated. I generally have great support from WA and don't need to phone, Axxess however I have had to phone a few times.
