Axxess + Steam not logging in

So I forgot to pay WA :o & I'm on capped Axxess semi-shaped as backup.:(

And steam refuses to login.:confused: Is this just a coincidence or is Axxess so shaped to death that it won't even let through a few KB of login data?

Oh, and any incantations & spells that make an EFT go through faster would also be appreciated.:D

I am having issues accessing international websites on Axxess at the moment. Not sure if this is related to your issue.
