Axxess uncapped express+ account does not work stay away
I upgraded my account to an uncapped express + account as of the beginning of this month!
& when trying my new account this morning I see I was getting the same speeds as per the old account
I reset my router & sent a support ticket to them at 7:35 this morning heard nothing back so sent another support ticket to which still no reply!!!
as the account is brand new it should be at full speed I have not used a MB of data!! so no 5gig usage should apply
I feel like my money has been stolen!!!!!
I WANT A REFUND & MOVE MY ACCOUNT TO OPENWEB!!! at least they reply!!!
