Axxess: Top-up feature stopped?

Hi there.

Axxess

I received an e-mail yesterday evening saying that the online topup is disabled. Is so loved this option ... now I have to call.

Is this true for all ISPs?

You read wrong..

How it used to work:

Hit cap,login to axxess website,top up

How it is now:

Hit cap,can't browse any sites incl adsl.co.za

Why:

Upstream provider issue as per email

Solution:

Phone to top up or log into a diff account

Thanx, thats how I understood it.
Please advise: why another account? Axxess does not roll-over the surplus bandwith to the next month?

If they did or did not I see not how that would chance things if the account is capped ( rollover or not if you've finished everything it's finished ),another account could go onto the website to do the topup as usual

Ugh some days I wonder why I spell it out in layman's terms and get irrelevant questions
