Anyone have a link where you can topup your cap online?

I wanted to top up after my initial gig ran out. This is what you have to do:

1. You have to email their accounts department.
2. Then they will email you an account upgrade form.
3. You have to complete this long form and either fax it back to them or email it to them (well actually you can't email it because it is a pdf document that is protected so you can't type into it.)
4. You have to upgrade to a larger account - say the two gig account.
5. there is a block you have to tick on the form called "temporary upgrade" - that means that you will be downgraded back to your one gig account on the 1st of next month.
Pay the money into their account.
6. Fax the deposit slip through
7. and there you have it, you have another gig.

Seemed like to much work and time for me, so I bought a 1 gig Prepaid Webafrica account. Took exactly 5 seconds!!!!!!! (My credit card details are already in their system so I dont need to reenter them).

Granted the WA gig cost me R70 compared to Axxess's R59 but then the hasstle of faxing and forms and upgrading and downgrading is not worth R11. Besides the WA gig is carry over so I will use whatever is left over at the end of next month.

Good grief, are you kidding me? That seems like a rather antiquated way of conducting your business.

I had considered giving them a try when they brought out their cheaper per GB pricing. But when I went to their signup page and saw how much effort I would have to put in to signing up, I simply closed their web page and forgot about it. Others might be ok with this lengthy process but it's not for me - plus I don't have a fax machine.

WA may cost a little more, but they make my life easier all around and thats worth the extra money.

Axxess, here's proof that you guys are losing customers by your rather old fashioned way of doing things. You promised a new website months ago, still no evidence of it. Cheaper is not always better.

I followed the process thx. Apparently they are still updating their site to allow for online topup.
