yup for me too, I just cancelled the account, moving to mweb uncapped

Im also @ Axxess but I dont have any problems atm. Torrents works fine just crap that I'm throttled now will just have to wait until tonight I guess.

I haven't even been getting full speeds at night with axxess uncapped either!
