I want to know how much uncapped data can I download before-my account been managed
I have download 80 G in five days that is 16 G / day what works out as 496 G for November. My speed went down like rock bottom. I was at G connect before and download 560 G for the month with no Managing so this will be the last see of me and I will tell every body I know. It took me more than 30 Min to download 9.6 MB on a 10 Mbps line!

Good day,
We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Our management system is automated to protect the integrity of the network. When the load on our network starts to increase to too high a point, the system then looks at the average usage of the past few days for each account type and then compares everyone's usage in that time. If a users usage is above the average for their account type, they start managing the service. This means priority is given to real time services like browsing, email and streaming mostly. Downloads would be restricted in speeds whether they are HTTP, P2P or NNTP. If this does not stop the available network capacity from maxing out, we are then forced to start management across all the uncapped accounts to ensure that real time services remain unaffected.
There is no set amount of data that you can use to ensure there is no management as it is all dependent on network capacity load and not specific thresholds.
I hope I've managed to explain this to you in a more clearer manner.
