Well title says it all. Did a speed test on the axxess site and I get

Silly question, but are you not throttled?? What package have you got with Axxess?? 384,512 or 1024 Fibre?? Remember your 10 day rolling threshold.....

Looks like you have the 384kbps package, which means you will be at max speed of 384kbps from 8am-8pm unless you have downloaded more than 5GB in 10 days in which case you will be "thresholded" to 192kbps from 8am-8pm. After hours (8pm-8am and weekends) you should get the full speed of your line.
