Axxess Uncapped Express vs Express+ (Fibre)

What I do the whole month:

1. Download from news servers, and once I get this I'll use Giganews
2. Browse a lot of pages, email, Youtube videos, MSN, Skype, Video Chat


I hardly do online gaming but If I do, I do with Steam but play on local servers...

Based on this, should I get the Satellite or the fibre option?

I guess the Satellite should be fine, since, it's local games servers you plan to use, I'm sure in all the other case latency shouldn't be much of a problem, although low latency is nice to have, even for browsing. For streaming youtube etc. low latency isn't going to make a difference.
