Hi, I have had this account for a few months. This week its been really slow in that it was running at 75% of its normal speed. At the moment its about 50% better than this morning which was abot 30% of normal speed. Anyone have any idea about whats going on?

Mine working 100%. Had an issue on Thursday - not getting my full line speed as I normally get. Axxess told me that there was a problem between Belleville and London which was slowing things down. Came right after I went to bed

Since then "full steam" as usual....

Thats strange, tried resetting etc. Modem connecting at 4 Megs. Will call them tomorrow.
