Axxess Uncapped MTN Fixed LTE Combo

Hi
Does any have a speed issues with the Axxess Uncapped MTN Fixed LTE Combo. I have had a slow download speed for a couple of days, no more than 1.44mbps upload speed has been fine. I am using a Huawei B618s 22d router and connecting my pc via a LAN cable. see screen shots below. I have contacted the call center needless to say may case has still not been resolve this after filling in MTN fault logging form. I am sure this some silly issue that can be resolved fairly quickly. Has any one had trouble with speed lately.? I am based out in the Stellenbosch farm areas and up until Wednesday the service was working fine. Any Ideas anyone?

Which package are you on and how many gigabytes have you downloaded for the month? Some of those packages are soft capped and will throttle your speed to 2mbps once you hit the limit. Better to mail Axxess if you are unsure.

I am on the uncapped package 1tb limit, only used 60gigs thus far. I have been in a battle with axxess for the past few days and I don't seem to be getting anywhere
