Axxess uncapped MTN fixed LTE

Yes. For some reason, since moving to Telkom I've been using up the entire allocation but with Mtn, there was always carry over.
 
Back to 1-2 mbps for about a week now. Ongoing issue at this point and I don't have the time or energy to wait for axxess to pretend that they're going to sort it out.

Have put a cancellation through. Hoping that my fibre will finally be installed next month.

Definitely glad to be rid of this service either way.
 
Just a quick question around ping times. I am about 200km from Cape Town on the west coast, yet speedtest thinks I am closest to Johannesburg.

So I get pings of:

When I force it to something closer to Cape Town I get:

I suppose it is an MTN routing issue and nothing to do with Axxess?
 
Currently on the last two weeks with this service, it is set to be cancelled at the end of the month.

Having used close to 200GB already the connection is throttled to 2mbps.

Experiencing quite a few of these as of late, at the same time international connections goes down.

How do you force it if I may ask? I'm kinda facing the same issue
