Axxess uncapped - SAIX or IS only?

I am considering signing up for the Axxess express+ account, however I am confused about the SAIX/IS thing. Reading the one long thread here, I was under the impression that there is an option to choose between SAIX and IS.

Yesterday I emailed them to confirm this, however they replied that uncapped accounts are IS only, and that thers is no SAIX option.

What is the story - also, people who do have express+, what is the performance like? I don't play online, so I am not overly concerned about latencies, as long as downloading speeds are decent.
 
I undestand the rolling cap concept. It is the origin of the bandwidth that concerns me.

Sorry you've misunderstood what happened. :sick:

Basically the Uncapped products have not changed still on IS Fibre if Expresss+ or IS Sat if just normal Uncapped Express. No change here at all.

What changed was the standard shaped accounts Axxess moved them from SAIX to IS, however it is still on Fibre and not satelite also they are now semi shaped accounts, ie after hours there is no shaping on these accounts. :)
