Axxess US Servers Down

Received an email yesterday that their USA hosting servers would be down from 21h00 yesterday for emergency maintenance (didn't know there was such a thing).

They are still down anyone know when they will be back or what's the story? Tired of hanging on the line to them.

May I ask if they gave a reason and were all of their US servers affected? You should be credited for that, I would ask them about it.

As I indicated their email yesterday cited "emergency maintenance" and if I hadn't called when I did it probably would still be down. No further reasons given when I called, just they would sort it for me if I gave them my domain name. Half hour later it was back. Maybe it's just because I have one of the lite packages they don't care too much, but agreed, piss poor if you ask me.
