AXXESS - useless customer service!!!

I am posting this out of frustration. I am an AXXESS customer, I have access to creating new Support tickets. Have done so, have received some feedback now and again. Have received promises that the issue will be resolved, yet NOTHING comes of those promises! All feedback has also dried up.

No feedback, no solutions, NOTHING.

How these guys received the "BEST ISP" award last year boggles the mind. Then the other ISP's in this country must be UTTER trash...

Will update this post with the details as it unfolds - let's see if AXXESS can redeem themselves...

move to Vox/Crystal web.

sure it costs a little more, but you get what you pay for.

dont give them a chance to give you more excuses, just move, save yourself the trouble.
 
OK, so after a week of posting tickets and they knowing about this issue (apparently there are other customers as well), they will now contact a third party that might be the problem. Yay! So much for being pro-active.

but seriously, skip the BS, get a demo account and move to one of the two I mentioned earlier, your life will be much better.
