I am posting this out of frustration. I am an AXXESS customer, I have access to creating new Support tickets. Have done so, have received some feedback now and again. Have received promises that the issue will be resolved, yet NOTHING comes of those promises! All feedback has also dried up.
No feedback, no solutions, NOTHING.
How these guys received the "BEST ISP" award last year boggles the mind. Then the other ISP's in this country must be UTTER trash...
