Axxess useless e-mail support

Hi,

Is it only me or does no one receive an answer via e-mail from axxess support ? They just seem to ignore my e-mails.

The telephonic support is quite good i must say.
 
Axxess use online support tickets. Log into your client area and fill in a ticket. In my experience, response is pretty quick.
 
Their telephonic support sealed the deal for me when I signed up with them after struggling with "business hours only" ISPs for years.

That, and the fact that I rarely have reason to call them is awesome. Axxess should give me commission for all the clients I send their way (I work in a computer retail store xD)
 
I've also had bad support from them - I had a ticket left open for months. One of the reasons why I left them.
