Axxess very slow speeds

The whole day today, my 20Mbps line is running at 2Mbps. restarted router, a few times, still the same issue. Router shows its connecting at the correct speed.

I have a premium uncapped account, adsl

I am in Lakeside, Southern Suburbs, Cape Town
 
If you look at the Vox thread there are people complaining too. Might be an Openserve issue or congestion.

Its sorted out this morning, but basically yesterday was really bad, and extremely annoying when you child has homework to do and everything is online.

You also never responded to my query about Fibre, looks like I will have to use a different ISP

I am using the free gig from axxess, and getting the same speeds and ping is over 500 now when im just idle in game and creeps to over 1000 when i do anything.

and the crap continues, at 17:48, these are the speeds

Ping: 416ms
Download: 5.31Mbps
Upload: 0.16Mbps

Look at the ping

Pathetic service, and all I get asked to do is test using the saix account.

Restart route, speed is fine, re run test back to slow again, they are limiting my connection for some reason, but wont admit it.
