Axxess Vouchers

Always when I buy a Voucher the bandwidth is SAIX. Now 2 days ago I bought another one and it was I.S. bandwidth. Have they changed it? Its really strange too. Cause 99% of all I.S. ips are 196.209.xxxx this one is 196.210.20.xx

These ip rahes of IS is usually for cisco uncapped plans.

As far as I know the Voucher accounts were changed over to IS during the past few days, even though I notice that the Prepaid accounts is still SAIX.

But then its should be cheaper cause IS bandwidth is much cheaper than SAIX bandwidth!

Not sure what you mean by the above (I guess a typo) but Prepaid costs R58-65 per GB if you use a SB Credit card or cheque card.

Think my backup prepaid semi account has the same ip pool (196.210.20.xx)

Does this mean that vouchers are now semi shaped? If so then voucher FTW !

I just spoke to tech support at Axxess and they will gladly transfer your voucher from IS to SAIX if you ask them. Once it is done you cannot transfer it back to IS though.

Prepaid just went over to IS a few minutes ago, and going by how much more stable the vouchers are with IS on my line it should be an improvement.

I know it is much better! BUT the bandwidth is much cheaper for axxess so why are the vouchers still R70?

Well then you are extremely fortunate. My gmail constantly times out and other sites take waaaaaaaaaaay too long to load (if they ever do). Next voucher I buy will be converted to SAIX and just topped up with new ones. Bollocks move, but what can you do...

Because it's semi-shaped, wheras normal vouchers are shaped. It also means that I practically have a 626 account for twice the price. Because on my side the net is sooooooooooooo slow its ridiculous...

After today I'm not so sure about IS anymore but I'll give it a couple of days and then probably change one of my accounts to SAIX to compare the two services at different times of the day.

Seems to be flying at the moment but I still think it's a good idea to change one account to SAIX for comparison during different times of the day.
